Terms of Use (EULA)

Last updated: September 4, 2026

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Gabriele Technology Solutions, LLC ("BracketsPlus," "we," "our," or "us") for the BracketsPlus mobile and desktop applications and the website at www.bracketsplusapp.com (together, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information and is incorporated into these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal or internal business use in accordance with these Terms. We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, rent, or redistribute the Services except as allowed by law or by the store from which you obtained the app.

2. Accounts

Organizer features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity on your account. You must complete any required email verification and multi-factor authentication before using organizer features. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an organizer account or purchase a subscription.

3. Organizer subscriptions

Running live leagues, brackets, pot games, eliminators, doubles, and related paid organizer tools requires an auto-renewable subscription purchased through the store that distributed the app (Apple App Store, Google Play, or Microsoft Store).

Available plans include:

The in-app subscription screen shows the current title, length, and price for each plan as provided by the store. Prices may vary by country and are charged in the currency shown by the store at checkout.

3.1 Auto-renewal and cancellation

3.2 Apple App Store purchases

If you subscribe through the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to that purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Participant use

Participants (bowlers) may join a published league with an invite code from an organizer. Participant viewing features do not require an organizer subscription. Organizers are responsible for the data they enter about participants and for sharing invite codes only with intended users.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

6. Your content

You retain ownership of league, player, score, and other content you enter. You grant us a limited license to host, process, back up, and display that content as needed to provide the Services, including published league reports you choose to share.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or tournament outcomes arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services.
